PoliciesCancellation & Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted. A $50 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. Requests received by 5 p.m., March 1, 2012, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made after March 1 will recieve a 50 percent reimbursement through March 14, 2012. No refunds will be made after March 14, 2012. Please note that all refunds will be made to the payer only. No exceptions.

Blueprints reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program because of an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances.
Conference Registration Fees Include:
Official conference registration packet, two luncheons, opening reception, continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks throughout the conference.

Please note that space is limited and registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 5, 2012. Registrants who have not paid by this date will be removed from registration..
