Short review of the research on bullying behaviors, including the impact on those who are bullied, those who bully others, and the bystanders. A brief overview of what it takes to be ready to implement OBPP in a school, as well as its goals and principles of practice will be discussed. Information about the Olweus Bullying Questionnaire will be presented.

Overview of the OBPP Components
The Olweus Bullying Circle and roles individuals play in bullying situations will be discussed. Specific information regarding the implementation of this program's Schoolwide and Classroom Components will be presented.
Noon - 1 p.m.
1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Specific information regarding the implementation of the Individual and Community Components will be presented.
3 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
3:15 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Importance of fidelity to the model will be discussed and a fidelity checklist will be shared. Training information and information about program materials will be presented. Ample time for participant question and answers will be available during this session.
